IVY-THE UNWIND ISLAND SUNDAY BRUNCH BY CHEF RAGHU

Enjoy delicious from cold platters, salads, creamy soups to main-course, there is something for everyone at Ivy-unwind Island

You can find fresh leafy vegetables used in salads. Cold soups, substantial cold platters, light meals, and chef ideas are all here with plenty of bright ripe tomatoes, cooling cucumbers, and prolific zucchini in the mix.

You will find chef’s brigade to assist you with. I have enjoyed few dishes which I want to share to you all

Low crab chopped salad - which is one of my favorite salads. I like them because they are easy to eat and you get lots of tastes with every bite, in different flavor combinations.

Ivy island mansoon salad - Tropical and refreshing this no cook entree salad is perfect for mansoon suppers and picnics. With garbanzo beans as the central protein it's also a great fit for Sundays.

Vegan macaroni salad – the creamy vegan macaroni salad was lovely addition to mansoon time picnics, potlucks and parties’

If at all you are planning to dine out Sunday brunch. Visit Ivy-The unwind Island
